1. Introduction
Welcome to Veganic. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all users including buyers, referrers, and premium members. Veganic specializes in selling plants, gardening accessories, and home décor products.
2. Account Registration
- You must register with a valid mobile number and/or email address.
- You are responsible for securing your account and personal details.
- Providing false information during sign-up may lead to suspension or account termination.
3. Orders & Deliveries
- Orders once placed can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Delivery time for all products is typically 5–7 business days, depending on stock availability and location.
- We do not guarantee delivery time during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
- All orders must be acknowledged by the user upon delivery. Inspect plants and fragile items carefully.
4. Pricing, Discounts & Offers
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Discounts are applicable only for eligible users (referral-based or premium).
- Promo codes or limited-time offers cannot be combined unless specified.
- Unauthorized use of promotional codes is prohibited.
5. Premium Membership
- Premium members get free delivery, priority support, and additional discounts on plants, pots, and décor items.
- Membership is charged at ₹99/month and is non-refundable.
- Benefits are active from the date of payment and apply only while membership is active.
6. Referral Program
- You earn referral commissions when people sign up with your referral code and place orders.
- Referral earnings can only be withdrawn after completing (10 active direct referrals).
- All referrals must be genuine. Fake or duplicate accounts will be removed and may result in account ban.
- Withdrawal of earnings is subject to approval and may take 1–3 business days to process.
Note: Withdrawal is allowed only after Level 1 completion (minimum 10 active direct referrals).
7. Payment & Refund Policy
- All orders must be prepaid via supported UPI, cards, or wallets.
- Refunds are issued only in case of damaged, defective, or missing items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- Veganic complies with all banking KYC norms.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.
8. Product Quality & Returns
- We source healthy plants, quality pots, gardening tools, and décor items.
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for plants or fragile items.
- Returns are accepted only if items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
9. User Conduct
- Users must not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms or harm the community.
- Abuse, threats, or harassment towards staff will result in immediate suspension.
10. Privacy & Data
We protect your data as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal details with third parties without consent. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed via trusted gateways like Razorpay.
11. Platform Changes
Veganic may update its policies, pricing, or platform features at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

13. Legal & Compliance
- Veganic is fully compliant with Indian e-commerce and GST laws.
- All user KYC data is handled per RBI and UIDAI regulations.
- Disputes, if any, are subject to Surat jurisdiction only.
